TEXAS' NEW PERMITLESS CARY GUN LAW IN EFFECT SEPTEMBER 1 - In today's Episode, Bryan & Sam discuss the in's and out's of Texas' new permitless carry law going into effect next week, including who is eligible to carry, what locations are included and excluded in the new provisions, increased penalties for violations, the importance of knowing the law and getting to know law enforcement personnel in your area, the continued importance of firearm safety courses despite no longer being required, the importance of always securing your firearms, and the expected effectiveness of the new law as a deterrent. Additionally, they provide updates on the Supreme Court Cheerleader Snapchat case, as well as Brittney Spears' guardianship case.
